Balancing Energy to Stimulate Healing

I completed my undergraduate degree at Loyola Marymount University in LA. After graduating I began studying Chinese Philosophy and found a home within the deep knowledge. I completed my first two years of schooling at Emperors College in Los Angeles and completed the second two in San Francisco at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I interned at the California Pacific Medical Center working in their Stroke Clinic. Patients were not only stroke survivors but also battling autoimmune conditions and brain tumors. I helped them with their motor function, depression and pain. My passion is helping prevent stroke and also aid in the aftermath of a stroke.

No matter what I am treating it is my goal that my patients feel safe and understood. I believe there are endless possibilities that can happen over a series of treatments. When I'm not treating patients, I'm spending time with my husband and daughter in beautiful Mill Valley!

Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs improve blood circulation by balancing energy and stimulates the healing process. Our treatments are specialized to the individual and their needs. We believe most can benefit from acupuncture as a preventative measure or to focus on a particular medical condition.

Acupuncture treatments use a series of sessions to make change. For best results plan on having atleast six sessions, once a week. Depending on what you are coming in for, we will let you know the ideal amount of sessions.

If you are unsure that acupuncture is the right fit for you, please feel free to connect with us. We would be happy to explain how acupuncture can benefit. Additionally, there are a lot of great resources and we would be happy to point you in another direction.

Please allow for an hour and a half on your first visit. We will discuss the reason for seeking acupuncture, medical history, come up with a treatment plan and receive a treatment.

During a follow-up visit we will discuss the effects of the last treatment either keep the treatment plan consistent or adjust the treatment plan for better results.

Herbal treatments are a way of continuing the work we do during an acupuncture treatment on a daily basis or solely using herbal treatments for those who are needle phobic.

Treatment Menu

Ax anxiety

This treatment is for stress management

Acupuncture releases endorphins, those feel good hormones that help us manage stress. This treatment also prevents and protects your body from the negative effects of stress.

In your dreams

This treatment is for insomnia

Sleep is the key to good health! Letting your body turn off and repair itself can be easier said than done. Sometimes life is so hectic turning off seems impossible. Acupuncture has a way of guiding your body into a relaxed state that lasts before bed time in the nights to come.

Beat the blues

This treatment is for depression

Here is some support to get out of a slump or a dark mental state. Sometimes finding that sense of balance feels unimaginable, let this treatment help guide you into your happy place.

Keep calm and needle on

This treatment is to meditate

We all need to escape, find that quiet place and reconnect with ourselves. For some of us meditation can be challenging, but acupuncture might be the nudge you may need.

Creature of habit

This treatment is for addiction

Find support with acupuncture for food addiction, substances, emotions, and behaviors. We use a specific protocol of acupuncture points that has been proven to help those with addition.

Soothe and settle

This treatment is for pain

Old injuries and new injuries need a little help, so your own healing system can recoup faster and more efficiently. Our goal is that you will heal with less scar tissue and better range of motion.

A spoon full of acupuncture

This treatment is for a low immune system

Maybe it’s the season or life events, but you can’t seem to shake feeling run down. We treat allergies, stuffy head, sore throat, cough, and on and on. We also strengthen the immune system and prevent future sicknesses.

Guts and glory

This treatment is for digestive issues

Maybe your digestive tract is sensitive or you battle an autoimmune condition, it can be challenging for most of us to find consistent and steady bathroom habits. This treatment helps to support and maintain a balance in the digest tract.

Plant the seed

This program is for fertility issues

Patients will need to get regular treatments about once a week for an estimated three-month period. Often times this program includes both partners. We focus on the menstrual cycle, how to have sex, and lifestyle choices.

Mama on the mend

This treatment is for postpartum challenges

Feeling sad and disconnected after having a baby is extremely common. The body needs recovery time while simultaneously taking care of a little one. Acupuncture nourishes the body, so the mama can rest and rejuvenate.

I got you, babe
